Decisive legal basis

In accordance to Art. 13 DSGVO we share with you the legal grounds on which we handle data. Aslong as the legal grounds is not mentioned in the privacy notice, the following counts: The legal basis for obtaining agreements is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und Art. 7 DSGVO, the legal basis for the processing of in terms of fulfilling our services and execution of contractual obligations, aswell as answering of inquiries is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, the legal basis for the processing of fulfimment of our legal responsibilities is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO, and the legal basis for the processing to safeguard the legitimate interests is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Given the case that vital interests of the person in question or an other natural individual require processing of individual related data Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. d DSGVO provides the legal basis.

I. The rights of users and data subjects

With regard to the data processing to be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right

II. Information about the data processing

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.
